The UCA Student Office was established in the academic year 2019/20 to provide students with a comprehensive service for listening, assistance, and information, as well as a centralized space for carrying out academic and administrative procedures.

Goals for Students

The objectives guiding the services offered through the Student Office are:

1. Provide comprehensive support services to both national and international students (for the latter, in coordination with the Welcome Center).
2. Centralize all necessary information and guidance for the academic progression and development of UCA students in one convenient location. 
3. Enhance our ability to listen to and address the needs and requests of students by improving the mechanisms through which they can express these needs and requests, streamlining administrative processes, and providing mediation to resolve conflicts. 
4. Collaborate closely with student representation, Student Delegations, and student associations, offering advice and assistance as needed.
5. Facilitate students’ engagement in university life by providing information and services related to accommodation, transportation, sports, cultural activities, and more. 
6. Centralize the completion of academic and administrative procedures and transactions for students at a One-Stop Service Center .
